Grayhaven's winemakers work closely with the cheese specialists at Whole Foods Market Charlottesville to provide your group with the ultimate cheese and wine tasting experience. Taste amazing cheeses such as Iceland's Stori-Dímon, a creamy brie-style cheese with a delicate blue-cheese vein through the center paired with Grayhaven's zesty Cabernet Franc. Try earthy Touriga Nacional red wine paired with Capriole Fromage a Trois from Indiana - a decadent blend of goat cheese, Belgian chocolate and bourbon - it's divine!
